Iraq: outrage over Gaza massacre unites Sunnis and Shias

NYTimes Baghdad Bureau blog has an interesting article (Dec 29, 2008) about the first waves of protests against the Gaza massacre in Iraq. Protests occured from north to south, in Baghdad, Kirkuk, Mosul, Falluja and Najaf. The solidarity with the Palestinian people unites Iraqis across sectarian lines, and evoked outrage against the U.S. and its ally, Israel.
