Iranian PressTV has opened a website titled 'Gaza under "Siegefire"' on the situation in the Gaza Strip. I'm not sure whether PressTV are the authors of the term, but the neologism 'Siegefire' is to me perhaps the best way to summarize the present phase in the lives of the Gazans.
